Dr Cohenca was very good, he let me know what was going on the whole time and that evening after The root canal redo he called to make sure I was OK. His assistant was very nice and she let me know what was going on the whole time also and she took very good care of me. Very, very happy with their service.

I had my root canal with Dr. Cohenca. He did excellent work and kept me well informed throughout the process. His kind and personable clinic staff made the entire process smooth and stress-free. X-ray imaging was done on-site and the costs were communicated to me upfront, prior to service. This was my first root canal, and I couldn’t have had a better experience. I highly recommend receiving any treatment here and expect nothing but excellent results!

AMAZING Doctor and Staff. Especially for an anxious patient like me (l go in and tell all staff right away that l will cry due to my anxiety) the Dr and Staff were incredibly empathetic, explained everything and allowed me to ask questions. I wish endodontists took on regular dental care patients, because l would want to be back. But hopefully no new root canals for a while. If you want top notch professionalism and non judgmental empathetic care, Prime is the way to go. They even called the next day to see how l was doing.

My son broke two teeth and needed root canals, so our dentist referred to Dr. Cohenca. Not only were we able to be seen quickly, but the whole team was friendly and made us comfortable. Dr. Cohenca did a great job explaining our options and then made the procedures as smooth as possible. His dental tech was amazing and personable, we felt like VIPs the whole time!

I was absolutely blown away by the service here. My son has past trauma from a previous dental experience, so he’s always dreaded going to the dentist or any kind of oral care. He walked into his appointment feeling anxious and afraid, but that quickly changed thanks to the incredible team. Even though he’s a young adult, they kindly allowed me to stay with him and offered thoughtful comfort measures like headphones and blankets. Every staff member—from the front desk to the assistant to the doctor—was patient, gentle, and took the time to clearly explain each step of the process. By the end of the visit, my son was completely at ease and able to finish his procedure without any issues. In fact, he hasn’t stopped talking about how positive the experience was and how much it helped him overcome his fear. On top of the exceptional care, the office itself is pristine, modern, and welcoming. The entire experience truly felt five-star. I almost never leave reviews, but this place absolutely deserves it. Highly recommend!
